I’ll be using:

Code: C# with XNA

Visuals: Paint.Net and/or Inkscape

Audio: sfxr, no idea on what to use to make background audio though.

Also, I’ll be doing my work on this machine right here. If I can’t get it to work lagless on this one, I’ll drop out.
