It&#8217;s our first time here so there will be a lot of things here that are completely new to us but we are sure we will have a hellin&#8217; good time.<\/p>\n <p>Our framework:<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li><a title=\"Java\" href=\"http:\/\/www.java.com\" target=\"_blank\">Java<\/a> (for the sake of &#8220;multiplatform-ness&#8221;)<\/li>\n <li><a title=\"Libgdx\" href=\"http:\/\/code.google.com\/p\/libgdx\/\" target=\"_blank\">Libgdx<\/a> (we have never used it before, but it looks like it may minimize the coding time while maximizing the target platforms.\u00a0 You can&#8217;t go wrong with that)<\/li>\n <li><a title=\"Notepad++\" href=\"notepad-plus-plus.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Notepad++<\/a> (my personal favorite &#8220;IDE&#8221;).\u00a0 I don&#8217;t know about the personal choices of the rest of the team but it&#8217;s probably between Eclipse and Netbeans.<\/li>\n <li>Coffee (no, it&#8217;s not a library, I mean, actual coffee, the one you drink)<\/li>\n <li>Energy Drinks (no explanation needed)<\/li>\n <li>Food (probably not of the healthy kind)<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n <p>I&#8217;m not sure if my mates wi&#8217;ll be participating again but I think I&#8217;ll be  taking on this challenge at least a second time (it depends on lot of  things, but that&#8217;s what I plan).\u00a0 I&#8217;m really excited about this competition and I strongly encourage newcomers and veterans alike to give their best on this challenge -and above everything else- <strong>enjoy it<\/strong>!<\/p>\n <p>&nbsp;<\/p>","time":"April 29th, 2011 9:59 am","title":"First LD.
