I’m Tom Francis, a writer and editor for PC Gamer, and this’ll be my first Ludum Dare. I’m in the UK and shattered, so I’m probably going to be asleep when the theme is announced, hoping to get an early start tomorrow. I’m rooting for Discovery or Containment.

I’m going to be using Game Maker, Paint.net and sfxr, which I only just discovered when reading up on the rules. A God send, I was almost resigned to silence.

My goal is to produce something that functions in any way. I’ll enter the competition if I end up with something eligible, however bad, the jam if not.
