Just &#8216;gem install gosu&#8217; and run &#8216;ruby Main.rb&#8217;. You should know how to do these things \ud83d\ude09<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <p>It&#8217;s all mouse-based because I tried to use controls simple enough to run on the iPhone (theoretically \u2026). Hope it&#8217;s self explanatory, I moved the readme inside the game!<\/p>\n <p>Known bugs:<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li>The pretty Unicode star (see screenshot) doesn&#8217;t work on Windows <img src=\"http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/frownie.png\" alt=\":(\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em; max-height: 1em;\" \/><\/li>\n <li>On WIndows, it opens a useless console window when you run the game<\/li>\n <li>(Gameplay usually suffers a bit because there is no incentive to actually use curved streets, like more points for driving on them :\/ Still, I got &gt;36k on my third game and it involved lots of curves at least in the first two thirds!)<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <div>Features I had to leave out:<\/div>\n <div>\n <ul>\n <li>Bulldozers that appear instead of cars sometimes, and can break through thin obstacles<\/li>\n <li>In turn, a limit on rotations<\/li>\n <li>Powerups on streets\u2014when collected, the landscape would scroll slower or you could access more than one item in the pipe<\/li>\n <li>A wrap-around world\u2014what leaves to the left, appears to the right etc.<\/li>\n <li>Jumping tiles<\/li>\n <li>One-way tiles<\/li>\n <li>More sounds &amp; music, pretty random landscape tiles, \u00a0etc. etc.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n \n <p>Tags: <a href=\"http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/tag\/final\/\" rel=\"tag\">final<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/tag\/gosu\/\" rel=\"tag\">gosu<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/tag\/ruby\/\" rel=\"tag\">ruby<\/a><\/p>","time":"December 7th, 2008 8:00 pm","title":"Puzzle Road!
