The Canadian Navy vs. Poseidon
I chose to chronicle an epic battle between two unlikely foes.
Q, W – Move left boat
O, P – Move right boat
SPACE – Fire maple syrup
I only got to work on it for a few hours. Many unexpected things came up this weekend. I listened to Opeth and Bloodbath the whole time, so I was able to get a good bit done I guess.

Nice idea on the dual controls, works pretty well. movement looks a bit jittery here, but that might have been due to Poseidon’s evil magic.

Update on the jitter/stutter from LD chat – my XP machine is smooth as silk, so it looks like a timing issue with vista64 or the core duo I have… maybe something pygame needs to check out eventually.
