As always, I\u2019ll be using C++\/libSDL, building on my Linux-based systems for both GNU\/Linux and Windows users. I\u2019ll be using The Gimp for art, sfxr and Audacity for sound, and good ol\u2019 pen and paper to jot down ideas and designs.<\/p>\n<p>For Linux users interested in creating a timelapse, I\u2019ve provided a simple Makefile that should work for you, linked from the LD Wiki: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/wiki\/ld14:submit#optional_fun_things\">http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/wiki\/ld14:submit#optional_fun_things<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I already posted about LD #14 <a href=\"http:\/\/gbgames.com\/blog\/2009\/04\/ludum-dare-14-is-here\/\">on my blog<\/a>, I\u2019ve tweeted about it <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/GBGames\">@GBGames<\/a> and I\u2019ve double-checked that I had all the tools I needed.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, I have a birthday party to attend tonight, so I won\u2019t be there for the start, but I will be receiving a text message from my lovely girlfriend letting me know what the theme is once it is announced so I can think about it while I drink.<\/p>\n<p>Good luck to everyone!
