But we all know that, right? <img alt=\";)\" class=\"wp-smiley\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/icon_wink.gif\"\/> <\/p>\n<p><strong>Tools:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Framework<\/strong>: OH god, I don\u2019t know what dev framework I\u2019m going to use. I\u2019m probably going to develop on top of Haxe\/HaxeFlixel, but that could fall apart if they seem lacking for some reason. Regardless, I\u2019m compiling to Flash. Python, as much as I love you, porting you to other platforms is a nightmare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pixen<\/strong>: There\u2019s this great pixel editor called Pixen for OSX that I\u2019ve been using for the last few LDs. I recommend it to anyone who needs a good editor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>FL Studio<\/strong>: Aw ye. I\u2019m not skimping on audio this time. Beware.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sublime Text 2<\/strong>: Sublime Text 2 is a phenomenal editor, and its support for autocompletion with Haxe is sick!<\/li>\n<li><strong>SFXR<\/strong>:\u00a0Indispensable\u00a0in generating those chirps and tweets. <img alt=\":P\" class=\"wp-smiley\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/icon_razz.gif\"\/> <\/li>\n<li><strong>Git<\/strong>: For those moments when you\u2019re like \u201cOh God, what happened, it was working like 5 minutes ago\u2026\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coffee<\/strong>: SO MUCH COFFEE<\/li>\n<li><strong>Goats<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" id=\"attachment_192195\" style=\"width: 778px\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/compo\/ld-25-theme-voting-round-0-of-5\/goat\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-192195\"><img alt=\"How can you say no to that face??\" class=\"size-full wp-image-192195\" height=\"300\" src=\"\/data\/posts\/2012\/12\/36e1dce233fb4e43ed576513cdd64fe8.jpg\" width=\"768\"\/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">How can you say no to that face??<\/p><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Wait, what was I talking about<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Goats<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Huh<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Goats<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Goats<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Nevermind I\u2019m ending this list<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Goals:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Above 4.0 in audio<\/strong>. I\u2019m so much better at audio production than I was the last time I actually did audio in a LD game.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Improve in graphics<\/strong>. Baby steps here. One of these days I need to drill down and really improve my graphics, but for now I\u2019ll be lucky to get something passable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beat all my previous submissions in overall<\/strong>.
