I’m in for the fun of it. I’m usually a web developer, but I’m trying my hand at games. I’ve written small games in Java, but I bought GM two weeks ago and I’ve been getting in a lot of practice with it. I like that it let’s me focus my efforts on the things I’m lacking: sprite making and audio. So, for the next one I may use Java, but for my first time, I’ll be using:

IDE/Language: Game Maker Studio Pro/GML no DnD
Graphics: Gimp and GM Sprite Editor
SFX: BFXR, Audacity
Music: Muse Score
