The TAW (Thomas, Antoine, William) team is in \":)\"<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n

Yesterday I started laying down some OpenFL base code<\/a> I don\u2019t know what kind of game we\u2019re going to make, but I\u2019d like to have some scene- and object-management logic down before we start \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

I\u2019m one of the two main organisers, with Gaeel <\/a>, of the Montpellier (France) Ludum Dare gathering<\/a> \u2013 we\u2019ve just closed the sign-up form at 26 participants<\/strong><\/em><\/span>: this weekend is going to be epic \":)\"<\/p>\n

Thomas<\/h2>\n

Thomas has worked as a visual effects supervisor at In efecto<\/a> \u2013 he\u2019s a pretty badass 3D artist: you can see some of his work on Youtube<\/a> and Vimeo<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re going to make him work in 2D though, because we use Unity every day at work and we\u2019re sick of it. This should be interesting!<\/p>\n

Antoine<\/h2>\n

\"E-Virtuoses<\/a><\/p>\n

Antoine has a PhD in Computer Science, owns a small serious games company and makes short films in his spare time (read: he doesn\u2019t sleep much).<\/p>\n

His hobbies include running, hitting people (martial arts) and being under-dressed when accepting awards at conferences. Antoine is good at keeping the big-picture in mind, so he\u2019ll be project lead \u2013 though he\u2019ll also being doing a good amount of programming as well (he better \ud83d\ude09 )<\/p>\n

William<\/h2>\n

As for me, well I just make games and organise game-making events<\/a> \ud83d\ude09 I\u2019ll be working on design and programming, additional art, sound and music. This time we\u2019ll be using OpenFL <\/a>, and I myself will be using the following tools:<\/p>\n
