Obvious choice, I\u2019ve used it for maybe 2 years now.<\/p>\n<p>Graphics: Graphics Gale, Gimp, Photoshop<\/p>\n<p>Coding: Notepad++<\/p>\n<p>Audio: Audacity<\/p>\n<p>Libraries: None. I\u2019ll code all I need <img alt=\";)\" class=\"wp-smiley\" src=\"http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/icon_wink.gif\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>plan<\/strong> is to actually have something done <img alt=\":)\" class=\"wp-smiley\" src=\"http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/icon_smile.gif\"\/> The problem with my own projects has always been too large scope.
