I believe, according to the Rules using Dalle-2 to generate the Art for your jam or compo games should be allowed (\"Content generators are allowed\"). However, this is certainly not the type of content generator imagined when this rule was written and it would really feel like cheating with how easy it could generate your game art. I think, personally, I would opt out of graphics if I used Dalle to design all of my characters, but I don't know...
