Before we go, I'd like to give a big shout-out to our sponsors for Ludum Dare 49: Intel, GameMaker Studio 2, and Core.

Now that you've built a game, if you plan to commercialize it, don't forget about Intel's GameDev Boost program!

Next week, October 27-28th is Intel's InnovatiON online event. If you tune in, you might catch some familiar faces.

If you made a game in GameMaker Studio 2, don't forget, you're eligible for GameMaker's Community showcase competition. Details on how to submit are here.

And I'll be back Monday with a look at the Core games created for Ludum Dare 49. I'll be checking out the 9 games created in Core. Some really cool stuff.

Thanks again!

Ending the old "Google Groups" mailing list

It's bittersweet, but tomorrow I'll be sending the last message(s) to our google groups mailing list. The Google Groups list replaces a mailing list I used to run on my old Sykhronics mail server... except it was actually a discussion list, not a mailing list, but we managed to go years without people realizing they could respond.... haha  :sweat_drops:

As mentioned, our current email newsletter is here:

See you in April

That's it for me. See you next year for the 50th anniversary of Ludum Dare! :fireworks:
