Thanks for playing Gumball

I love all the feedback I received so far, so thanks for leaving those! If you haven't tried it yet, you can play and rate it here: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/gumball.
A quick post-mortem of the game in bullet points
Some first-times:
- I made 3D art for a Ludum Dare game
- I made music for a Ludum Dare game
Some positives:
- People liked the audio! I didn't expect that
- People liked the art
- Developing it was a breeze
Some negatives:
- Leaving in the randomized building feature, which caused confusion. I think this would've made more sense if I implemented some other mechanics to go along with it
- Spent too much time on the art
- I messed up my sleep working on this game
- Took too long to come up with the idea
Some takeaways:
- My last three Ludum Dare entries had been puzzle games where you're solving for randomness. Next time, I want to make a non-puzzle game
- Don't need to agonize over the theme
- Keeping it simple really works :)
