This is my second time participating…

I will use:

  • Probably c++ (or Java if I change my mind)
  • Visual Studio Community 2015 or Eclipse Mars
  • This basic 2D game engine (again, either c++ or java)
  • Paint.NET & Photoshop
  • Fruity Loops
