I've got a concept going, and I'm trying to keep it simple as possible. I may be doing what a hundred others are doing, but it will still be new for me so that's all that matters. I'm also hoping that if I can get something rudimentary done quickly, I'll have a good amount of time for polishing. So far I have a spinning blue planet and a red guy that does nothing. Exciting!\n\nI'm using game maker pro right now. I would've used unity, but I've only used it about two times previously, and I didn't have much time to prepare before I decided I'd hop into this. Plus, this system isn't going to be crazy complicated.
