I'm in for my 8th LD, will be working solo however I think I'll still do the Jam (Gives me a bit of extra time and flexibility). Been transitioning from Unity to UE4 recently so I'm using this as a chance to learn the engine some more, probably won't go crazy on the game side but try to polish the sides more (those are the bits I'm more rough on).
