The camera zooms out once you leave the starting area. Also, areas you haven’t explored yet are not visible. Also, the player jumps sideways … Yeah this game is kinda bananas.

I’ve made a platformer pretty much every. single. Ludum Dare I’ve participated in, so I’m trying something different this time.

Things are starting to come together! Game should be done later today. Glad I tried something different, this has been extremely fun so far.

Spent a while balancing the mechanics, and I also changed the cursor. Next up: Hazards + Scoring.
