Boo!

So we got the basic engine going. Cool.
But we don’t know where to take the game from here. We can’t see how it would fit the “alone” theme very well and we can’t think of anything fun at the moment.
Here’s a screeny:

So at the moment, you’re a little robot that can run around, jump and shoot sideways and up and down.
There are 5 different weapon types, each with different properties.
At first we thought we would take this in a direction of “last robot on earth” but we lost interest pretty fast.
So now we’ve got this engine lying around, and we don’t know what to do with it.
Help?
my head is on fire
there are some missing features and some bugs since we were running out of time.

5 hours left ’til judging ends, super excited!
Almost all of the games I’ve played were wonderful and I’ve rated with an average of four stars. I bet there are going to be plenty of ties!
Heck, maybe even our game might make it into the Top 50 with a tie like last time :O
Anyway, good luck to y’all and I hope you had fun!
Let’s narrow down our selection of themes to be more unique! Generic, shallow themes like “monsters”, “good VS evil”, “mouse only” and “normal” are BAD THEMES!
When you vote on a theme, first think “what game would I be able to make with this theme? how much time would I need to spend on thinking the concept through?”
And only then vote.
Let’s make this Ludum Dare special!
Vote on themes here.

We’re in!
Same tools, same guys!
As the game nears completion, I’m working on fixing more and more bugs and polishing it up.
Unfortunately for us, I made an irreversible mistake while writing the engine which resulted in very poor pathfinding for the AIs.
Still, we managed to make a mini-starcraft out of it, and our musician Simonas managed to make the game much more lively.
Also, sorry for not uploading a progress video like I always do!! I’ll make a trailer though
P.S

So I decided to take upon myself a challenge today: make my old Warmup game, Castle-Castle, multiplayer co-op.
