Well, to be honest im disappointed but not surprised. i missed 6-8 hours over the weekend, and i lost another 6-8 to graphical errors. But here's something i don't understand.
I had one negative comment. ONE. if you don't like the game, tell me. that's how games get better. don't ONLY give feedback if you liked it. its misleading and, quite frankly, unhelpful!

ive got two eight hour shifts that weekend so i will only have... maybe 24 hours to make something for compo but hey, might as well right? Using GMS 1.4, Famitracker, and BFXR.

edit: i did the math. i'll have anywhere from 10 to 12 hours to make a game on a regular sleep schedule. probably have to sit this one out, but maybe i can squeeze in something... or submit to jam (shudder). glhf
In my previous post i outlined what i've got holding me back. two 8 hour work shifts, which also means i need a regular sleep and meal schedule, will cut my time down to about 12 hours: friday night, saturday morning, saturday night, and briefly sunday if possible. Regardless, i'll be giving it my best! :D i always did wish Mike would open a 24 hour version of the jam, anyway! ;) (heart if you agree to that)

Just wanted to say if you finished, and even if you didnt, Great job everyone in Compo! im always amazed at how truly amazing the games are in this competition, regardless of polish.

If you play a game and it crashes, remember its most helpful to screenshot the error message and post it in your Feedback to the author! it makes patching much easier for the creator! :)
patch 0.1.1 is up so theree shouldnt be any more crashes, but please tell me if there are!

Unrelated to my Game Im attempting to learn how to play DF (dwarf fortress). does anyone have any helpful hints or anything?

You may have infinite lives to get there, but once a boss is around you only get 3 lives to beat him.
The boss is almost impossible, but i have beat it so i can tell you it's not. xD don't say i didnt warn you though. ;)
