Ping is my compo entry—it’s a top-down wave shooter where your defeated enemies stay on the playing field. Simple idea, but it works pretty well, and the simplicity let me put a ton of polish into the visuals:

This theme was fun—the first couple of ideas I had centered around digging in the ground or sinking in water, but I couldn’t think of a way to make them visually interesting. Then I thought: color! Inks is a game where you’re an ink blot trying to become the deepest color by absorbing other ink blots. Here’s what it looks like so far.

Been a while. Finally have some time again, and the themes are looking good. I’m in.

Lock is a 3D puzzle game where you align an artifact with beams of light. It was a ton of work but I’m really pleased with the result. Give it a try and let me know what you think, and to everyone who’s still working on a game: stop reading this and go finish it!
