Cave Sweet Cave by scorched
A game about yeti struggling in icy forest to survive.
Contains in-game tips. Total of 4 levels (total 16 levels post-compo).
Action button by default is Space, LeftMouseButton or GamePad's (A).
HINT: don't get "just push everyone" too literally. It's for clarifying controls, the actual method of killing is a bit trickier ;-) Please see post-compo version
CHANGE LOG:
Version 0.4 (major update)
- now all 16 levels are in place
- improved yeti sprite, added font (stay tuned for more graphics updates)
- new gameplay elements
- different soundtrack for every episode
- episode selection menu
- WebGL version is available
- tweaks here and there in the first levels
- fanfares after level win :-)
- bug fixes
Playtest 3:
- tweaked level 1 message, added simple to get victim for tutorial purpose
- raised difficulty and fixed cheating in level 3
- the player can't now go completely above the screen
- fixed message dialog sizing at different screen aspect ratios
- fixed message font blurriness
- fixed and added Web Player build (but not WebGL yet)
- improved snowfall code and added it to more levels

Very fun though. Nice audio as well. For the last level i just went off screen, around, and that made it pretty easy to slaughter everyone.
Sounds like a puzzle game, did you intend it like this ? =)
There are some nice gameplay ideas in this, I would have loved to see them explored in some more challenging levels.
Nice graphics (great colors pick!) and nice background music.
And you know what? I just looked outside the window to check whether it's snowy (it's summer here in Czech)! So 5* for mood! :)
Also I just like puzzle games :-)
Great work :)
Anyway great job!
@nihilaleph, yes, it looks weird because of lack of animation, the initial idea was to make him run into tree, fall, then sit and fear :-)
