Fight Rabbits Online by woodenrabbit

Fight Rabbits Online is a basic online multiplayer rpg. You can see and play with anyone else who is also in the game (if you are alone and want to test it just use two browsers).

Walk into the grass to find rabbits to fight. If you see someone currently in a battle you can walk into their tile to join their battle.

The networking took so much time I didn't have time for much else, but I hope you can find some enjoyment from it.

Great work getting the networking set up in such a short space of time. I was playing and another random player turned up to help me fight!

Worked well in Chrome but not IE for me. Ran into another player and we fought together. Cool.

Great job with the networking! Just wished you would have had more time for actual content.

Cool to see a networked game. Did you use WebRTC for the networking?

@jmborden I didn't actually. Just plain websockets. Part of why I went with the classic rpg tile movement is it meant that very little information needed to be sent (rather than sending the player's input 20 times a second). I plan on trying out WebRTC sometime, but I haven't quite bumped into the need yet.

Idea looks cool. But there is no content as you mentioned. If you add some stuff people we can have a little LD rabbit hunt party there :).

Great job on the networking :), but I think the fighting system could use some work.

Cute game but pretty boring if no one is playing it the same time as you.
