Make like a tree and click on the "Web" link.
The game is very much playable at the link above.
Thanks a lot to those who have left feedback it is really great!
In terms of collision detection issues. I am not sure if they are actually issues(Each branch has a pretty big hitbox around them). I think it is more that once you place a fork
in your branch, you cannot edit that branch any more which was intentional.
If you are having trouble clicking on branches that you haven't already "forked" then that is a legitimate bug and it'd be good to know if that is the case, so I can fix it.
I think this is a game. I think the definition of game is more about "playing" than "winning". At the same time I think there isn't a formal definition of what a game is, that everyone agrees with.
My definition of game is a little relaxed maybe.
But it needs to be to inclusive otherwise things that are clearly games get left out, like the Sims say.
But that is cool!
Looking forward to playing all your entries!
NB:
The source is attached, with a FlashDevelop .proj file.
I used git throughout the competition, but I did not include the repository as it greatly increases the file size.
If anyone would like the git repository, just ask me on twitter @canyonoasis

There are a lot of developers here that don't believe that interactive art or visual novels are games, please don't listen to them. As far as the interactivity goes, a little outside influence might be nice for future versions: Wind and sunlight affecting things and such.
Stuff like The POWDER game is still definitely a game.
@csanyk
Cheers
I don't think there are any collision detection issues. I think that is by design. You can not adjust a branch once it becomes a parent branch.
@Teknik,
Much appreciated. I think if you want to view it as an art project then by all means do so. I see it as a game.
@ButtercupSaiyan
Thanks so much for the kind words. I found the bug and fixed soon after you left the comment. But I couldn't log in until just now to thank you for spotting it.
I still haven't made a gameplay video, but I will take your advice and make sure I put it up, just for posterity's sake.
@ioquatix
Not sure.
If you click on the image in the left corner it will reload the page. The .swf has no preloader, so if you just wait the game just appear pretty quickly. :)
@Jeremy1080
Thank you :)
