Restless Legs by Bugsby Bearkeley
My first "finished" project in Unity and for Ludum Dare.
A very raw and basic game where you play a pair of running legs on a collision course with some pillars. If you run into a pillar, your speed decreases by a large amount. By holding spacebar, you perform a kick, during which you avoid this major decrease, but suffer a minor one dependent on the amount of time you hold down the button. The idea is to press spacebar immediately before colliding with a pillar and release it immediately afterwards to minimize the overall speed penalty.
If you slow to a halt, the game ends. It also ends if you get far enough. If you get to the red pillar, that's the end.
Please let me know if anything is especially broken.

The concept is not bad and I did like it. I just feel like the collision boxes have a bit of an unfortunate placement. Because of the hectic movement of the legs I could never tell when the last moment to hit Space was. Sometimes I even got hit by the pillar when I felt like I was still a good few feet away.
I tried it a few times and only got to 0.23 something. Please don't tell me I should be getting to > 1. Then I must really suck.
It's not bad nonetheless. Just needed a bit more polish.
