Power (for) the Flower by Poller

[raw]
made by Poller for LD 39 (COMPO)

Collect Straw, Wood or even Coal to power the 2 Firespots.
For what you ask?
The Fire heats the water; the created steam powers a invisible generator; with the now archieved Electricity you power the last remaining LightBulb to keep 1 Single Flower alive.

IT IS YOUR LIFE TASK!

I used for this project:
--Java(IDE: Eclipse)
--Libgdx(OGL lib)
--Audacity
--Bosacxaceoil(Soundgenerator)
--Paint & Gimp

Hey there,
I played your game and there are a bit to say:
* First, I enjoyed it, that was easy to take in hands, really ergonomic.
* You have music ! That's not that common apparently, thanks for this effort. Actually, you have graphics, sounds and music, congrats ! :D
* The level seems to be proceduraly generated, right ? I felt in a map where I couldn't go back (5 tile height, a gap and 1 tile height requiring while coming back a jump of at least 4 tiles); take care to those naughty cases ^^

I liked the idea and found it fun to play, so to conclude, nice entry, even more with Java/libgdx instead of a big game engine, good one :)

With some polish, this could be a really nice, caring game about holding on to the last bit of beauty in the world. I thought it was a good take on the theme. I'm glad for the fact that you had music, but try to make a longer, slower loop to keep it from being too repetitive. If you like this one, then keep working at it and make it something special :)
