Did you ever stop to think what the NPCs in an MMO could be feeling like?
What they could be thinking?
Or how it could be to just...stand there?
Get stuck in the routine of a Shopkeeper NPC, and influence his decisions in his interactions.
Watch out for those who watch you, and attempt to guide him towards a better fate...if you wish.
Controls: - Mouse Only - Right-click to speed up the game (enabled after a quick while) - ESC for Pause Menu
Note: The game does have an Ending.

Known Issues
Very rare: In some computers, line breaks ("
") may appear in some dialogs.
Very rare: In some computers, "players" may start to not talk to you at all and never come to the store. This is not intended to ever happen, and is a bug. It's hard to reproduce because it's pretty rare and only happen on specific systems - we believe it might be due to Unity frame update times and may work in a fix if possible. Sorry for the inconvenience!
WebGL
Apologies for not having a WebGL Build!
Unfortunately, the engine would take a long time to build at the end and, after a successful build, the game just wouldn't load on our browser. After it ate over an hour of the time, we gave up.
Cuts and Drops
A few planned things had to be cut to deliver in time.
We intended the game to have French and Portuguese Translation. The Localization system is in place, we just didn't have the time to translate.
CHANGE LOGS (10/06/2020 16:52 UTC) - Revised version uploaded
Game: - Fixed: Fix issues with Ultrawide Resolutions, and smaller resolutions. Game was made targeting 1920x1080 (16:9) resolutions, but it wasn't supposed to behave/look incorrectly on Ultrawide lower resolutions (down to 1600x900)
Gameplay:
- Fixed: Long conversations between players and Shopkeeper thoughts happening more than once - they were supposed to happen once per playthrough
- Fixed: Frequency of Shopkeeper's thoughts - they were intended to be more common (but only happen once each)
- Fixed: Missing value changes - The second bar wasn't being filled in situations where it should
- Fixed: Made "Patches" patch faster (they were hilariously unintentionally long at times)
Text/Dialogue:
- Fixed: Dialogue "Depot Location" Shopkeeper response - wrong dialogue line was assigned to it
- Fixed: Bad grammar on one of the unique events, and completely broken text on one of the unique Shopkeeper thoughts
- Fixed: A Unique event with specific conditions being triggered more than once
- Fixed: Two shopkeeper thoughts were incorrectly ordered or had somewhat confusing text, which made things more unclear than they should and the game unintentionally harder to finish
- Fixed: Starting thought tip that made mention of "typing in a keyboard" was important. The tip was removed - typing in the keyboard did have the tiniest, not-noticeable of effect in the first bar, but it was a feature that was cut to deliver on time. I apologize to anyone that were confused by it!

Yeah, if you continue having discussion with the NPCs, you will, little by little, unlock more possibility and options.
And yes, there is an end of the game but can take a bit of time to reach it.
After 2 dialogs, you unlock the possibility to speed up the game with right mouse button.
Overall, I had fun playing it. I wouldn't mind buying a full-length game of this if it's more fleshed out.
@thevideogamester Thanks for the feedback! Due to the time constraint, only getting a little gold is required.
@matchaflavor Thanks so much, I'm humbled by your words! You just quoted the (main) two things that's on our crosshairs:
- The longer conversations between players weren't supposed to happen more than once during a playthrough. It's an unfortunate tiny bug that causes a big nuisance, and we're really looking at publishing a fix very soon.
- The balancing is also something we're really hoping to improve, but I'm not sure it fits under the patching rules. We'll look into it.
Thanks again!
The font could be bigger tho, and also the icon in the top left corner are not very clear, I understood more or less their meaning towards the end and think the game could be better without those kinds of management.
It was fun to reach the end, maybe a bit too long. Nice work =)
