Reroute Resistance by UncleGubbsy

[raw]
made by UncleGubbsy for Ludum Dare 46 (JAM)

Reroute Resistance requires you to keep the French Resistance alive during WW2. Draw routes between cities to transfer 3 types of resources for the war effort. Hire more operatives to increase the intel generated. Keep tabs on Axis operations around France to respond quickly to unrest. Keep a majority of cities in Allied hands by 1945 to win. If the Axis gain majority support in all cities, you lose.

Notes: Operatives generate intel and require supplies. Supplies are generated at a constant rate. Intel generates percentage points for the Allies. Funds are generated by the total amount of intel from all cities. If the previous month's intel is less than the current month's, you will lose money.

Windows build only. Couldn't get UI scaling to work so unfortunately it really is only playable in the resolution 1920x1080

If you have any questions please feel free to leave it in a comment on ldjam website or itch.io. Sorry for any bugs in advance that may interrupt your experience.screenshot1.pngscreenshot2.png

At the time of writing the link gives a 404. I'll be keeping an eye on it though, sounds like an neat concept.

Game is up now! Could you add to the game notes what effects money? After going broke in 1942, I stayed broke and couldn't do anything but stumbled into a win anyways. The chalkboard aesthetic is nice, It'd be cool to see the map in that style too :)

Thanks for leaving a review! I added some info on funds generation to the notes section. I apologize for the link not working earlier, I didn't notice at the time.

Couldn't play through for a long time, I was stuck on a money bug it would seem, it never increased and my interaction with the game didn't worked.

I was really interested in the setting and the style of the UI, definetely shows potential.
