This project did not have the focus on creating a game. The focus was on experimenting with Unity's HD render pipeline. I am aware that there is minimal sound in the game and that the gameplay isn't too interesting. The interesting part of this game is to explore the endless terrain and find great views.

@historymaker118 Not really sure what happened there. I have tested both games before I uploaded them to itch.io and also 5 minutes ago, no problems. Could you tell me the error message it tells you? Than I can try and find a fix for it.
@alex-davies Ah thanks for the remark. I did that with the previous version, but as you can read [here](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/the-cube/new-update), I have updated the game with 1 line of code and forgot the tick the boxes, my bad
So unique! First of all, the obvious - I really liked your Art/Leven esign/Mood Style which I would describe as "Polished Minecraft clone, but not really". The controls feel like Minecraft which is great because a lot of games have the weakness that their specific controls can kind of kill the fun at first, with your game you immediately know whats going on controller wise.
I have to admit I didn't really have a clue what to do for a good 2 minutes but that didn't stop me from stumbling and jumping around and adore the stunning world you created!
The gameplay feels very minimalistic and not very punishing and together with the atmosphere and mood it gave me a serious Journey vibe, which I really enjoyed :)
Maybe add an indicator of the health of the cube on the top of the screen? It's kind of inconvenient to have to drop the cube to be able to do that, also mayb you could add mechanics where you have to use the cube to progress, for example if you'd need it to open doors/areas, defeat foes or something, so you have more reason WHY you're carrying it arund (other than, you know, keeping it alive ^^)
All in all it was really enjoyable and great, I can also imagine this being superfun with controller support! :D
