Bigfix (Downcave 1.1.zip -> Downcave 1.1.1.zip) (added after deadline)
When leveling up or picking up weapons, added a delay for the buttons to fade in to avoid instantly clicking something on acccident. In the 1.1 version it was easy to grab the "+50% dmg, -4hp" powerup on accident and die.

My favourite LD48 game so far. Really hard, but super addictive.

The gameplay is really fun it's hard but with the right build you can really hold yourself against all the mobs, good job !

I killed myself with a level up perk. Other then that really fun.

Really really fun and addicting entry, the upgrades were fun to stack and combine, 2 suggestions that would help the upgrade system IMO, 1) being able to skip guns, I sometimes dont want to take the triple gun when I have the laser. and 2) make sure you dont pick the same upgrades as options, Being given 3 options for orb duration was a little sad to see. Other than those two changes this game absolutely nailed it. REALLY really fun, fantastic work

Pretty fun. The powerup system was cool.
Is there a way to get health back? I fell down a really long pit and just took a bunch of damage from enemies while I was falling and it felt a little unfair.

Good job! You did what I tried to do in my vertical levels, but much much better! Good entry and had a fun time playing!

Nice entry. You did a good job of integrating every asset into a game that feel like a whole. The gamefeel needs to be tweaked a bit here and there: jumping with something else than the up key, the jump height is a bit short etc. And of course, the difficulty curve can be a bit ridiculous but in the end it's a pleasure to play. Kudos.

This is really well designed. I liked the variety in the way you could build your character and there's real trade-offs between some of the upgrades. I also really liked the enemy variety but some of them felt a bit unfair like the clouds that (I think) split up into more clouds when you hit them and travelled through walls. Amazing work overall though!

Great game. The movement feels fluid and the weapons are satisfying.
The shotgun would occasionally not fire which was annoying.
I ended up avoiding the statues after a while because I didn't want a worse weapon.
