I'm in! (most probably)

I have not been doing any game for a while, I'm thrilled to be back. I don't even know if I'll do the Jam or the Compo, but I guess it depends of the theme.

PROGRAMMING TOOLS: Atom + Golang programming language + Ebiten 2D library. Yes, this is quite unusual. I know Golang and think it's a good choice for a game jam; not really Ebiten, but it doesn't seem complicated.

ART TOOLS: I don't know at this point, maybe Photoshop / Audacity / Aseprite / MagicaVoxel / Krita. Depends of the theme. I never used some of these tools so it will be pure improvisation. I have also graphics bought in a Game Dev bundle which may or may not fit. QUESTION : is it allowed to use purchased assets in a Jam? Obviously for a Compo the answer is no, but in a Jam I think that fits in "assets that you have the legal right to use" (license) .

Everything will be commited during the Jam in this GitHub repo.

The first target platform is Windows, but a web version of the game should theorically be available thanks to wasmgo and WebAssembly / GopherJS, because why not.
