If I decide to use any AI art generating tools, does that count as a compo submission or a jam submission?

Edit: It seems after posting this that its an overwhelmingly confusing area in regards to the use of AI generators in the compo. With that, I personally will be respecting the gray area and WONT be using them to generate art this time around. A good point that a user brought up that matches my opinion is that using a game engine or application like photoshop to create a compo game is like getting a leg up - the same way using an AI art generator helps with asset creation. Its a "leg up," but the mechanics and orchestration of the game are still created from scratch by the developer. Personally, I think the use of these generators, since its free to all and cannot generate an entire game by itself, makes it fair to use. But again, I will respect the gray area. I would like my submission to be judged with the highest chance of success.
