I’m Most Likely In

I may or may not have the entire time to work, but I am going to try my hardest to make a project in C++ (as I’m trying to learn it).

I might use Visual studio, but if anyone knows of a better C++ game programming software that is free, please tell me!

Just make sure to distribute the C++ redists for whichever VS you use.

Last year I came across a problem when many people couldn’t run my game because they were missing the redist and the error message was very unhelpful.

You should try QtCreator. It’s open source, and it’s almost as good as VS. Good luck! 😀

No Compo

I’ve got a lot to do this weekend, so I guess I’m not doing compo…

Here’s my basic concept, time to work!

Missed deadline

Well, I had too much going on over the weekend, so I didn’t finish my game. Guess I’ll just finish it on my own time… oh well!

Go for it! I did the same last ld and it felt good finishing it in the end (but it does feel even better finishing it in time i experienced this ld :D)

These things happen. I didn’t finish my first three attempts, and this time I had a team and we still did something way too complex and ended up with something only half-decent.
