So I am opping in an this is going to be a challenge for time managment for me as I will only have 6 hours less than everybody else because I have Marathon training with my school on one day.  I plan on using Game Maker Studio as I started learning Python and am a main Java developer so don’t wanna mess anything up for the weekend so just going to use something which is easy.  Hope to have fun with everybody else 😛

So I got home from some important party and got my idea.  I am making my game with the mechanics of Black Ops Zombies, but it is going to be you as a pirate or terrorist taking over a ship and must survive as long as possible (will have highscore system) so that you can see who is the best.  I plan on doing this with GameMaker as I haven’t done much programming in the past month, other than for school stuff to make my life easier.  I haven’t decided if I wanna do this in 3D though like Doom. :\ Tomorrow I will have about 14 hours of free time dedicated to this so lets see how this takes off!

So this is my character with movement and temporary graphics, and thanks to GIMP I have free backgrounds, I now how to make ship tileset with some more prototpye art.

If I stay up all night I might be able to bring back my game, but my computer had some stupid restart and didn’t save my game or anything and when I went to open everything appeared to be deleted from all the files
I might not be able to do as complex of a game I wanted to do, hopefully I can bring most of the work since a lot it was thinking and formulas I wrote.
