Ariadne's Thread Delivery is not too hard. Or is it?

There is a discussion about the Ariadne's Thread Delivery controls being too hard to complete the game. Honestly, I've done my best to keep player confused with the truck movements and keep him hitting the walls. Maybe I went too far with this. How do you think?

Ariadne's Thread Delivery graphics story

Hello everyone!

Today I want to share the story behind our Ariadne's Thread Delivery game. It all started with an idea of a crazy city, where a minotaur kind like to build each district as a maze. As we are very fond of holland style architecture, we decided that city should consist of these small colorful buildings and this will help our game to feel more magical. Small building sizes helps to build complex mazes that look like a real city. And to be honest, this houses took eternity to be done - almost entire day! After such a waste of time, it was a miracle to do the car and drop-zone animations in time. And after making some textures and effects, it was everything we needed for building maze levels.

The idea behind the game was to make the player always care how he navigates through the maze. So the separate trunk scene was added - a truck's trunk with different funny cargo: - a pile of books - frozen wizard apprentice - sleeping bear - a rare dragon egg on stick-like stand

I still think if it was worth to go for such detailed town houses or maybe better save time for an actual game development. How do you think?
