I'm in! First gamejam.
Programming noob, taking the opportunity to build some skills.
I'll be using Godot. Not totally sure if I'm making my own graphics yet. Wish me luck!

Grooblins is a tamagotchi-style game about collecting little monsters called GROOBLINS.

You will collect GROOBLINS and gain new ways to interact with them.

There is a Date/Time system and events. There are a bunch of weird GROOBLINS to collect-- and things will get worse.

collect & care for GROOBLINS
This is a silly tamagotchi-esque game where things spin out of control. Give it a play! :)

Collect and care for weird little creatures called GROOBLINS. Discover their secrets.
I had a lot of fun making this game! It's really short, so I'd love more people to give it a shot.

I'm a lazy dev who refuses to update jam games! But hey at least I could re-do my old terrible logo / cover !
Here's the new one!:

For anybody curious about Grooblins...
It's a short (like 2-3 minutes) narrative game masquerading as a weird tamagotchi knock off. Give it a shot! https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/40/grooblins
gotta get all them grooblins!
So I made a website for myself! Just as a personal portfolio, show off the games I've made, have contact info available etc. I've got a few games under my belt now and thought it's time!
Anyways, Grooblins (my LD40 game) has a pretty funky page on there. The site isn't 100% done yet but I've worked hard on it and i'm happy with how it turned out. Check out my game Hell on there, I think that page turned out well.
and I can't not suggest...
if you haven't played Grooblins yet, please do! It's a very short tamagotchi-inspired narrative game :)

This is my 3d LD and will be my 10th game jam. Haven't finished a project since the end of january so it will be great to be cracking' on something again!
I'll be using Godot! <3
I've done a couple of these before but it's been a while!
I will be using Godot. I'm pretty experienced in making lots of different prototypes so I can throw something together pretty quick I think.
Looking forward to the theme drop, it all depends on that, doesn't it?
