Ok here goes some ideas. Feel free to grab them, butcher them or do with them as you please. This is more an exercise than the real deal. Not all of the themes have an idea.
Sky Pirates
A card game about maneuvering a fleet of pirates so that the cargo can reach it's destination.
Teleportation
You have to move things without touching them. It would be a puzzle game. You have a limited number of teleporters of different sizes or a limited use of them.
Space is limited
This is inspired by Rick & Morty's personal space show. You have a big room with different shapes and a person who likes small spaces. Use every item available to encapsulate him. More advanced levels could include more people that cannot be together.

For this one I was thinking you have to guide a blind guy through the bounce of sound waves in different labyrinths.
You are the power source
Again, a labyrinth type game where moving equals to disconnect the power source that makes the labyrinth work,
Overgrown
Calculate the volume of a gas or a liquid to fill different objects
Crossroads
A text game where you have to order chunks of text with different types of arrows without crossing them (lazy idea, I know)
Repair
This one could be about badly assembled Rube Goldberg machines and you have to figure out the correct order with limited steps.
Branching out
You have to advance through levels sot of autonomously and you have the ability to split the timeline and choose the correct path.
Strength in numbers
You play as an ant colony that is dying and you have to find another suitable place. You have a limited number of ants that decreases as time passes.

You use chemical reactions to reduce objects to its chemical elements

You have the elements of a treasure map out of order because they fell out of the paper. You have to put them back together or the captain is going to kill you.
Combine
