I stayed up all night finishing my game as I ran into some problems yesterday. I still didn't get to add everything I wanted to the game is done for the most part.

I finished the game with 2 hours to spare! The objective of the game is to prevent enemies from destroying your treasure chest. Before every wave, you get 1 minute to build up the base. I guess I'll keep adding to the game for now. Here are some screenshots:

As of now all bugs and crashes have been fixed, so now's the best time to play it! I might also make a post-compo version which takes in some of the sugestions given.
