It has been a year since we last participated in a Ludem Dare, this time we are joining the event again :grin:!
We will be using: - Unity3D Game Eninge - Visual Studio Community Edition - Blender - Substance Share for Materials - Audio to be determented :thinking:

We are streaming in Enlish & working in Dutch. We do swap languages now and again.
There is not much gameplay yet, we want to fully develop our mechanics before creating the gameplay. The guns in the picture will power these mechanics!

I know it's a little early right now to be having a Christmas stream. But i just love it :grin::christmas_tree: Also we are developing a game, and if there is one thing everyone loves; it is developing a game during christmas!
The last day has begun and at the moment we are implementing all the mechanics we have, improve level design and add music, lighting, sound effects and the story!

After a good night sleep the first 2 hours of work are done. And it is comming along nicely for now. The main movement and mechanic are working, but still need to be polished. Now, a little break!

We (@bredera and me) are in for the 4th time this Ludum Dare. We participated before in LD37, LD40 and LD42 and will be participating again.

As you can sea we implemented seagulls, how lovely.

The progress of the first day. Still a lot to do, for one a bit of optimization and some bug fixes. Still need to implement the main idea of the game which is adding colour to the world bit by bit when finding specific objects in the world.
But for a proof of concept and first prototype it is looking very promising!

We want to continue developing Blockies after all the amazing feedback we got! We would love to hear more fron you to get a better picture of what the game will need to improve upon.
New changes: - Online Leaderboard to upload your score to. Play the game and upload your score at the end to get a place on the board! Try to get the highest score possible! - Fixes a few minor bugs where the reset after gameover would not work properly.
