Just a start

A few hours in and I’m in love with my idea.  Work is going well, though there isn’t really too much visible right now ( a lot of framework pieces).  There are basic interfaces though!  Below is a “purchase screen”, with a progress bar at the bottom.  Basic idea of my game is you’re fighting a war in the past, and you can only fire up your time machine for ten seconds at a time. Different types of units take longer to go through, so you have to choose wisely whether those bigger units are worth it!

Update To Time Defense

Well, all the framework I did yesterday is starting to pay off, and things are coming together.  Here’s a quick (not very well explained) example of gameplay!  It’s a TD-style game, where your towers are people.  So they can move.  Yup.

Here we go!

I’m excited to be in this one!

I’ll be using MonoGame for this one.

I’m also going to be using MonoGUI, which is a GUI library for MonoGame that I’ve been working on for the past 8 months.  It’s still a complete mess as I’m working through things, but I’ve developed it lock step with several different projects, and it’s working well.  The repository for it can be found here: https://bitbucket.org/henrylisowski/monogui
