As much as I love jamming, I kinda suck at video games. I mean, if I can die in your game, I will usually do so at the first opportunity…over and over again. :face_palm: So for this jam, I wanted to make a game I could actually play myself – we made a word game! We created the storylines in Twine (really great, open-source tool for choose-your-own adventures!), then made a parser in Unity that combines everything and turns it into a playable game. This allowed for both of us to develop storylines independently (with the bonus of not having to rely on a single, gargantuan file), and also makes the game super extensible. I’m really looking forward to creating new/expanded storylines at some point!

Are there any other word or funny narrative games we should try out? Or other games where I can’t die? :wink:

hint: the letters “RESTART” can make more than one word!
