Survivor
You play a lone survivor aboard a makeshift raft adrift in the vast ocean, searching for civilization. Resupply on uninhabited islands.
*Battle sharks!
*Fish for food!
Will you survive the terrors of the ocean? Will insanity take over your mind? You are alone in the tiny world that is your raft.
So that’s my description. Have some more features penned, but I’m still new to this stuff so I will add them in if time allows.
Tools: Game Maker Pro for my game engine and art creation. Fruity Loops PE for audio
I’ll be using base code from Matt Thorson’s Grandma Engine if allowed. Specifically, the room transition script.
So far I’ve got player movement on the over-world map. Combat will be in a menu type battle system using a different view. Graphics will be done akin to a Gameboy game with limited palette and 160×144 resolution.
