How can I find my teammates?

Hello everyone! I am participating to LD for the very first time with some friends, but I am a bit confused about how we can find and follow/add each other. I don't seem to find features like "search user" but probably it's just me being a noob.

Last minute problems

We uploaded our HTML5 embed few hours ago, but we would like to upload a newer one with improvements, then publish the game. Problem is the edit page prevents us to delete and re-upload. Any clues??

Being Dog the shepherd dog is a tough job

Hi guys! Ever wondered what a periodic radioactive rain can do on a flock of sheep? Not exactly what happened to Peter Parker's spider, but it might be of some use for a shepherd dog.

Try the ld51 game here!

We had great fun with this our-first-ever Ludum Dare! Hope you enjoy too

Still few hours and a hungry cat

Second time LD jamming with my partner, this time trying out the Unreal Engine... let's hope for the best! We're featuring a chubby cat which is afraid of just everything... but quite greedy too. Screenshot 2023-10-02 13.06.48.png

Happy jamming you all!

Cats and comfy limited spaces

This is the first time jamming as a couple and it's been great! We love our little work and we hope you'll do too.

I made the game in Unreal for the first time and, like a noob, I didn't expect it wouldn't publish for HTML5 and the produced pc builds would be just above LD threshold for the upload... itch.io will do then.

If you want to enjoy some big MIAOWS and PURRS, go help Agent Cat now!! screen2.png

I know you can do better

There are boxes to jump into for relaxing, tasty leftovers to eat and some vacuum cleaners to jump on better than Crash Bandicoot... in the shortest possible time!

Take the challenge now

Is karma from feedback given so tied to the ratings received?

I noticed, in my game and in many another ones I played (mostly the not-top-notch ones), that the amount of ratings received can hardly overcome the amount of karma from feedback given.

Unfortunately I don't have the resources and time to play a very large amount of games and my teammate can't help me much either; plus, in order to give valuable feedback I personally don't want to rush the games I play. It is absolutely normal and clear to me that only playing-rating-commenting one game more will lead people to do the same with my game, but the weird thing is that those two values, karma and amount of ratings received, practically grow together.

Is this only my biased perception or there is some feature in the algorithm that promotes this behavior?

p.s. not writing out of frustration, if people try my game I'm just happy and that's it, like everyone. But I'm curious about if I'm spending time and effort for the good or not :)

There is still time!

Unfortunately we didn't have much time to stay on te platform after the jam, BUT we still really hope to play your games and get your feedback too! :heartbeat: :bird:

Have you completed your collection?

Sure we haven't collected all the reviews we need!

So go and prove your ear on our cozy game about collecting birb photos :eagle: :camera: And don't forget to check the comments and write the sequences you found to call the birds (it happens to be harder than expected, but you can make it :muscle:)
