Since it's quiet here, because no one is active I thought I can post this here and no one will be angry at me. Man that excel importer sure is exciting!
Good morning stranger, I'm making a team of about 10-15 people and I'll try making a game with it. We sill create a 2d pixelart game in Unity in 72h. If you are interested join the discord server and fill out the form.

Bosca ceoil is an app for making music, but the instruments sound really bad. Please don't use it. Especially the percussion. It sounds like someone blowing into a microphone. It's sometimes better to just not have any music, then to have bad one.
For ludum dare 46 I'm creating a team of about 20 people. The team has created a game recently in one week for the weekly game jam. Sadly we didn't make it, because we didn't know the weekly game jam wasn't one week long as the name suggest. You can join us for ludum dare, where we will create a game in 72 hours. We have standards and everyone who want's to join has to pass interview.

I need more people for my 20 people team for ldjam 46. We've already made a game together and now we want to hit 20. We are looking for : programmers, musicians, sound designers, a manager, translators, font makers and artists.

For ldjam 46 I'm making a huge team and currently we still need translators, artist, sound designers and musicians. You can also become a play tester if you want.

I'm creating a 20 people team and we are still recruiting. If you are interested then: - fill out the form - join the discord server - dm me for an interview

Would you look at that, my old 2012 hdd isn't recognized by the system. Currently it's somehow noticed by the PC, but it keeps ramping up, licking and slowing down again. Wish me luck

Our big team will be revamped and the application system for it will be completely remade. Many people also didn't have access to their computers, because of... you know... that thing. You can play it if you want, but I would suggest the fixed version (version accidentally discarded by git during gamejam)

Will probably add controller support to my game, so that I will have an excuse for a new xbox controller

Not gonna lie, these very specific themes, that aren't actually themes, but game ideas are still here and I still hate them. Please people. Stop voting for them!

Anyways. Thought about making a game where you have a reactor meltdown and it's starting to Force energy into different items. Sometimes your mouse disconnects, so you need to focus power on it instead of fe. speakers. Now you need to do many tasks to shut down the reactor or... die... Yes, I did those icons
You can create a better app and then we will all use it.
@thornest Yes, and it will be made in unity! It's a great idea! Thank you!
It could very well happen that nobody likes it or sound bad. It could very well be that someone criticized it in a destructive way. Who nows.
@franciszek-pyrc Hello, buddy. Then what would be an alternative software? Any links, titles would be appreciated. Cheers!
@room606 There's other software that maybe isn't as simple, but it's better still. I don't know much, but I use lmms.
woww good thanks
@room606
I generally use Sibelius (paid) or MuseScore (free), which are great if you have a background in music.
There's also BeepBox, which is more general purpose and looks vaguely similar to bosca ceoil based on a quick look at the latter. I've used BeepBox once or twice, and it's a nice quick tool for chiptune.
There's also Pytchie, a tool I developed to procedurally generates music, but the synthesis is pretty primitive and it's still a work in progress.
Edit: a word
@jeremy-ryan Hey, Pytchie is a cool tool with the awesome potential. I even submitted few PRs there in the past! Thank you for this project.
@jeremy-ryan Isn't Sibelius a sheet composing application and not a music making application? I know that you can export your sheet music as an audio file, but still. Also good job of not going insane, from what I've heard.
