Design and Art Tonight
Doing the art and design tonight. That way I can see if I have the energy to code a game up.

A long way to go.

I'm trying to finish this open source visual scripting plugin for Unity while at the same time trying to create a game wasn't a good idea. I'll probably have to punt to the Jam to get anything done. :(
I have a good game concept and a lot of personal source code. So there is a chance I can code for one day and have something decent by tomorrows dead line. I'll have my 13-year-old help which honestly will actually probably slow me down.
Gonna use Unity3d, Aritmech, Blender, Fragmotion, GIMP, Audacity, and Renoise. My only other time was under a different login using the Irrlicht game engine.
Artimech is an open source visual scripting system that I wrote that creates C# finite state machines. https://github.com/Scramasax/Artimech
I don't work without using some sort of source control. I use Github and I use a Java-based client called Smartgit.

My game is going to have some gameplay elements of Devil Dice. Roll and push matched dice faces to remove matched chains of dice before the container fills up.

Path tool and used stroke path with it set to an ink tool with brush dynamics turned on.

Instead of dots on my dice, I will use casino fruit.

Almost time to start the coding.

Time to wrap textures and code.

Spawning dice with my open source visual scripting system I made (Artimech). It's not interpretive. Instead, it generates C# state machines. It's still an alpha version, but it's super useful when I need to make a lot of helpful OOD code quick.

Sleep now or sleep later? I really want to finish this for the Compo.

I swear there used to be Ritz crackers there. I'm not mainlining the generic Cheesewiz after 5 hours of sleep.

Less than three hours, but I'm within striking distance. I'll push it to a Jam if it's not up to my standards.

Almost there. Have to put in match 3, win, loose code, and I will be done with the basics. After that, I'll put some sound and music and a simple front end.

Now I have to package it up, fix a few bugs and publish it. I'm a little bummer I didn't make the 2-day deadline but I'm getting too old to stay up all night. I fixed a bunch of bugs in the visual scripting system I made. I can't wait to play everyone's games but only after I eat and sleep.

All the source and assets are here: https://github.com/Scramasax/DetonationDice
Third time is a charm. I hope it's a fun theme. I'll do a two day if my 15 year old is too busy doing Roblox to Jam with his old man.
I'm going to use the newest versions of Unity3d, Artimech, Blender, GIMP, Audacity, and Fragmotion. I might use Renoise for music creation if I have time.
Just because I love Prinny!
Hard push toward my 3rd person game. I'm using VRoidStudio, GIMP, Blender and Miximo to create my animated player biped. I have two days of coding ahead.

Character Controller or Ridgidbody?
