3rd time's the charm!

I have to go back to coding for work, but I won't be coding between 5pm and 9pm at least!

Engine: HaxeFlixel or Unity, depends on the theme

Language: Haxe or C#

Editor: FlashDevelop or Unity IDE

Graphics: Blender, Inkscape, GIMP

Audio: Stuff lying around...

For the astute readers

Hopefully where I am going with this make sense to some people, it explain one of my two "genres". I have decided to go full blown "incompatible". Quote, unquote.

I have decided on Haxeflixel because 2D, made this intro screen in Inkscape. Will use other tools as needed. Likely The Gimp. Maybe Blender.

Back from bed!

So my game is inspired from old Wisdom Tree games, and from the most incompatible type of game, both in gameplay and morally, which is gambling games

It's simply called Bible Slots. The goal is to make it like a Wisdom Tree game, so to be informative, and not ironic or treated as a joke. I am not religious, but I'll try...

Why aren't the uploads working?

Wheel art for Bible Slots

The upload doesn't let me upload them individually, so here are the first 3 on a page. I have no idea how many icons a wheel has, I am neither a gambler nor am I religious. This is a great game for me to make!

I ate too much peanuts today!

Ate a 2 pound bags, stressed out that Ludum was ending at 9pm on Sunday! I fell like a rock from tiredness at 8pm, only to wake up to realize that it ends tomorrow!

And here I was, wishing to have 10h more! SOMEONE IS LISTENING TO ME!

No more peanuts.

ELI5: Slot machines?

I've discovered that I have no idea how slot machine payouts work...

I took the gambling/slot machine -> religious game farther than the theme of the game, the code tries not to use "sinful" terms. I mean, why would the wheels be called 'wheel'?

Again, I'm not religious. This is just fun, it's like coding using variable names in Spanish at this point...

Ludum Dare confuses me

What is this with all the people promoting their games to get people to rate it? Is this what judging has become? I participated in Ludum when it was in the single digits, (Ludum 8?) and wow, things changed...
