I am still playing through some games, will carry on voting on games if it counts. Any official word on this? Is this just the site hasn't "updated" yet to the "end of voting phase"? If the votes count, I'll keep going <3

I hope those who tried Honest Dan's Trout will remember the frustrations it caused them!

Very pleased to be within top 100 in a few categories - but even more pleased with the many kind words that I've received in over 200 reviews of the game. It's so rewarding when you think about the time people took to play and hearing about their experiences and the joy (or frustration!) it brought to them.

This isn't my first Ludum Dare. For those of you who feel disappointed by your ranking - try not to take things to heart. There is always going to be a lot of variance in rankings; when some games come 1st with 150+ ratings, and others come 1st with 20 ratings... but there isn't anything you can do about that. Be proud of your own efforts, read the feedback you got from others and think of the positive experiences and accomplishments this game jam has given you.

A relationship survival simulator like no other

If you've not had a chance to experience the cute yet "too close to home" Clutteral Damage, there's no better time to try! I've finally finished a post-jam version with all those "Coming soons" implemented, making the game a lot more complete.

The game now includes the following additions: - Postal deliveries to your house - You are able to sell items at the yard sale - Your partner will ask you to find one of their items every morning - You can extend your home to make more space for your possessions - You can cut down wood and craft storage units - A range of new and comical items for your home

For a quick summary of the game: Imagine you're newly married and just moved into your new home. You have some time off work, while your partner works all day. All you need to do is unpack, and keep the place tidy. Sounds easy, right? Your partner will judge you harshly daily by the state of the home. Can you keep on top of everything, with your partner buying more and more things for your house by the day? Oh, and don't forget to feed the cat!

Like last year, I will be streaming and playing games in the 4 hours leading up to the results. Last year, the results were released just minutes after the voting closed, so I am going to go with that assumption again this year.

The stream starts at 17:00 BST (12:00 EST) tonight and I'll play until the results are released. It'll be good to spend the evening with fellow game developers in anticipation for the results of the game jam.

Good day everyone! Here's to hoping for another positive community event with LD43!

I've really enjoyed my experiences so far, creating some quirky little games that I'm very proud of (Honest Dan's Trout, Honest Dan's Clutter Damage, My Greedy Dog Steve).

Like the previous game jams, I'll be streaming the development process on my Twitch channel over the 72 hours. Feel free to come and say hi and share your progress during the jam if you're lacking energy or motivation <3

I will also be streaming my play testing of games, I streamed over 75 games last time round and gave feedback - this will take place Tuesday and Wednesday evenings (GMT).

I very much enjoyed working with @BrainoidGames and @ElysiaGriffin on our LD43 entry, and would love to get more feedback on how you liked the game.
