I hadn’t intended to participate in LD, but I did have a game I desperately wanted to make, where the idea was that every time you made a jump, you’d see other copies of yourself making the same jump but with slightly different timing. And I wanted to theme it with Schrodinger’s Cat since it was really about alternate quantum universes.

When I saw the “1000 Kittens” theme had won, I knew I had to make the game after all. Then I realized it hadn’t, and I made it anyway. The end result is still relevant to the Evolution theme however. I only spent about 8 hours on it all told. I spent the weekend simultaneously in a state of making an LD game and NOT making an LD game.

By the way I am this guy. Though this game has nothing to do with Zynga. (Or does it?)

I’ll let the game speak for itself. I hope to do a real entry next time, but this one was incredibly rewarding for me and I’m happy with the result.
