Gotta get at least 3 more levels done I think!

I finished a couple of minutes after the deadline. Implementing tutorials in the hackiest way possible for the win!

It's a little late in but I fixed a bug (boxes respawning inside levels that they aren't from!) and removed the incredibly frustrating part in level 4.
