I've been programming as a hobby for almost 30 years. This was a challenge. I started creating a 3d game, but I had troubles with the animations. This was a tough theme. Didn't have a enough time, but enjoyed making. There's gold to collect in the game, but it's good for nothing. Made it again in Unity. Probably there's bugs in it.

Looking forward to my 6th Ludum Dare. This year I will be working with my middle-school daughter. She will be doing the artwork. So, I created some videos on my YouTube channel of a Game Jam practice with my daughter. She is just learning to do pixel art and wanted her to try some artwork styles out before the jam. I've been brainstorming some ideas with my kids of what kind of game I would make for dungeon in a bottle. Maybe you have to rotate a bottle to get through a dungeon. Or a puzzle game where you have to try to fit different dungeon pieces in a bottle. Or there is a genie in a bottle who refers the bottle has his dungeon and its a pet simulator game.

I am creating an ecosystem simulations. Currently, the creatures brain uses a neural network to decide whether to eat food or not. There are herbivores and carnivores. Offspring share the DNA of the parent. There is a chance for mutations for the brain.
