First time Ludum Darer, will be coding a game from scratch in C++. I'm on a team with several people who haven't done game development before. Don't expect anything super fancy from us, but it should be an interesting result one way or another.

Along with @gabester on music and @gabi on visuals, I'm making a 2 player, competitive, physics-y local PVP game. Players will jump from planet to planet, gaining points based on the size of the planet they land on. After each landing, the planet will get smaller and will be worth less points.

Currently I'm working on bitmap support, as I'm coding everything from scratch. Next up is audio support, and then game logic.!
